Stephen Cunningham, Partner/CEO – Mr. Cunningham has experience both in the cable television industry, with companies ranging from TCI to Time Warner to the Providence Journal to ValueVision, (now operating as Shop NBC) and with new media, as the founder of two internet companies, Ucopia Communications (based in Paris), and Internet Gift Registries, the creators of the first online bridal registry service. The Company grew to 70 employees before sale in 2000 to Primedia, Inc., (owners of Modern Bride magazine). Mr. Cunningham is also the Chairman and CEO of Target Media Networks, a media marketing firm that led cable industry efforts to increase advertising revenues in the political arena, and currently provides media marketing efforts on behalf of various clients.
Ray Dowdle, Partner/Online Marketing – As Vice President/Sales for FOX Television Stations for the past 15 years, Mr. Dowdle was responsible for all revenue generated for FOX’s broadcast and cable sales operations in Denver . While with the stations group, he integrated the broadcast and cable sales operations in the Rocky Mountain region in order to maximize advertising revenue. He also created and successfully executed sales strategies for the launches of multiple news and entertainment programs. He has sold and negotiated advertising contracts for spot television, spot cable, sports sponsorships, Internet initiatives, promotional partnerships and program acquisitions.
Ben Gelt, Director Internet Initiatives – An experienced political consultant and activist. He specializes in communications and general strategy for political campaigns. His work includes passing statewide ballot measures in Colorado, and being a national spokesperson and leader for the movement to reduce gun violence at the turn of the century. He is an accomplished writer and researcher, his work having appeared in The Denver Post, The Rocky Mountain News, and other Colorado publications. Ben has also been quoted and written about in The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal and a variety of other nationally read publications. He has made several national television appearances, having appeared on all the major news networks and on several well known political talk shows since 1999.
Joe Langhan, Creative/Producer – While Director of Program Development at The Providence Journal Company in 1991 Mr. Langhan created the concept for The TV Food Network and joined the startup management team as Vice President of Production. For the next four years he also personally created many of the network’s most successful programs, including Emeril Live with Emeril Lagasse and Cooking Live with Sarah Moulton. Since then, he has founded and developed both online and offline businesses, and has been a long time consultant to various programming enterprises.
